Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across the West Yorkshire region. Your role will involve developing relationships with key brokers, taking responsibility for new business and retention of existing accounts along with managing rollover deals and delegated authority schemes. 

To apply for this role, it is essential that you have commercial insurance experience though candidates with a background in either broking or underwriting are welcome to apply. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate exposure to a broad range of commercial risk with a sound understanding of the regional market. Working with an established panel of independent and network brokers whilst developing new agency opportunities you must possess a trading mentality, with proven sales and negotiation ability.
