Joining a newly formed, specialist department as a Junior Commercial Account Handler you will deal with all aspects of broking, supporting a small yet highly experienced team. You will be given on the job training, including undertaking industry exams, to become a competent and qualified insurance broking professional. Developing an excellent relationship with clients over the telephone to fully understand their requirements and provide the best possible standard of customer care will form a critical part of your role, as will providing crucial administrative support to your colleagues in relation to larger risks.
Applicants will ideally possess basic knowledge of commercial insurance experience gained within either a broking or underwriting environment. A strong work ethic and professional career orientated approach are essential. You must also be keen to undertake insurance qualifications, which will be fully supported by our client.
