Current role at Trupanion

Bilingual Member Experience Coordinator – Spanish.

How did your career journey start at Trupanion?

I started in the contact center as a bilingual member experience specialist helping provide customer service and Spanish enrollments.

What does an average day look like in your role?

My role focuses on supporting our bilingual team members that support our Spanish-speaking members and looking for solutions that will create a better experience for our members.  I’m also involved in the DEI council which strives to offer Trupanion feedback and raise awareness of various activities and situations that may be impacting our company and employees.

What do you love about working at Trupanion?

The innovation and openness to improve while also supporting our current team members as we grow and evolve.

What is your favorite part of your day?

When we were in the office, it was seeing all the doggos… now that we’re remote, it’s working on projects with other departments and hearing from other team members.

What inspires the work that you do?

It’s believing in our product and the service. Also, just knowing that we can help families everywhere enjoy more time with their pets – that’s what motivates me.

What do you love most about your team?

The dedication of our team members to do their best to support our members. My colleagues and management make me feel supported and guided throughout my work week.

What is the one thing you want people to know about working at Trupanion?

We as a company stand for something that truly helps people and pets and it’s something that brings pride in the work we do daily.
